Travel day is Tuesday June 3th and we will return home on Friday the June 13th.

The cost for participation in this project will be $120.00 per person. It will be due by May,10th.

Each person is responsible for any personal medication that he might need. We are allowed only to supply first aid supplies.

Each person needs to have his own medical/hospital insurance. Please be sure to have your identification card with you.

Be sure to fill out a personal information and registration form (click here for printable form) for each participant and return it with your check.
